About Us
Ron Adams, PT Ron graduated in 1989 from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with a degree in Physical Therapy. Ron's areas of expertise include spinal orthopedics, sports medicine and exercise prescription. His professional experience has focused on outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine and industrial rehabilitation. Ron has completed over 800 hours of continuing education and has more than 160 hours of teaching experience. He has completed the North American Manual Therapy program, a one-year Spinal Manipulation course and certification in the ASTYMTM technique (soft tissue mobilization to remodel and regenrate dysfunctional tissue). Ron is also certified in Level 1 and Level 2 trigger point dry needling. Ron's interests include mountain biking, skiing, boating and attending both high school and CSU athletic events with his family. |
Jeff Giddings, PT Jeff earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and graduated in 1989. Jeff grew up in Fort Collins and did his undergraduate prep work at Colorado State University. Jeff's 20 years of experience is focused on the practice of outpatient orthopedics and he is ASTYMTM certified. Much of his work is in manual therapy and mobilization. Jeff is certified in Level 1 and Level 2 trigger point dry needling. Jeff has continued to expand his background through extensive continuing education coursework in mobilization, manipulation and treatment of soft tissue injury. Jeff's personal interests and accomplishments include climbing all over the western U.S. with multiple ascents of El Capitan and the Diamond, mountain biking White Rim in a single day and being a three-time Grand Traverse Finisher in Nordic skiing. |
Sara Tullius, MPT Sara received her Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2002. Before joining the Adams & Giddings team, Sara worked in Minneapolis, MN for five years gaining experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, wound care and acute care. Sara worked in an outpatient sports medicine clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for two years before moving to Fort Collins in August 2008. Sara's professional expertise is in general orthopedics and sports injuries and she has advanced education with regard to manual therapy, muscle energy techniques, postural retraining. Sara is ASTYMTM certified and she is certified in Level 1 and Level 2 trigger point dry needling. Sara also enjoys working with patients involved in breast cancer rehabilitation through utilization of manual therapy and treatment modalities for desensitizing tissue, improving scar mobility and appearance, and regaining function/mobility of soft tissue and joints following mastectomy, breast reconstruction, and radiation therapy. Sara is interested in outdoor activities including running, cycling, hiking and she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. |
